I think there is a deep wisdom in this.

Not everything needs to be solved in the moment. Not every question requires an immediate answer. Not every difficult feeling needs to be analyzed, explained, or fixed.

Sometimes, when the waters of our lives become cloudy, our instinct is to stir them even more. We think harder. We worry. We search for answers. We replay conversations. We try to control what cannot yet be understood.

But sometimes the wisest thing we can do is pause.
